BocaGuy: The time has come for Elliot Spitzer to resign. He committed a crime and by his own words needs to go. As Attorney General he did some great things for the Mom and Pop's investors. The high water mark of his career was his inauguration for Governor and it has been all down hill from there.After Spitzer goes we should take a look at what the Justice Department was after. Did they think he was robbing the State or was it politically motivated? I wish they would show as much zeal investigate the Republicans.
